* Axon is the only non government organization with top secret clearance giving it an advantage when dealing with government agencies.
* Axon has a 4 pronged competitive moat:
1. Taser guns are practically a monopoly in non lethal law enforcement weaponry.
2. Axon body cams are the system of choice for most law enforcement agencies in the US.
3. Evidence.com is a spin-off of body cam technology turning this aspect of the business into a SAAS business – Axon charges for cloud storage and management. Once adopted, it’s difficult to leave.
4. Axon AI: Draft one is an AI Tool that enables semi- automatic reporting. It decreases the time spent writing incident reports by 67%.
5. D-Drone – Detects unauthorized drones and rushes to the crime scene long before law enforcement gets there.
